YOGA With PARTNER POSES
BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE - ALL LEVELS PROGRESSIVE
This is a full-body yoga class that begins with a steady flow to build heaT, awaken the body AND ALIGN TO WHAT YOUR BODY IS ASKING FOR. As the practice unfolds, we’ll slow things down with grounding postures before moving into partner poses and supported stretches that explore balance, trust, communication, and attunement.
WEEK TO WEEK WE EXPLORE A DIFFERENT PART OF OUR BODY.
Individual Poses followed by 10-15 MIN Partner work (YOU wILL be MATCHED IN CLASS).
This class is less about performance and more about tuning in—to yourself, your body, and the experience of connecting with others. Practicing in a men’s space offers a chance to let go of self-consciousness, show up more openly, and deepen your sense of presence, embodiment, and connection in a grounded, respectful environment.

In this 8-week series, we'll explore the practice of embodiment through accessible yoga, mindful breath, restorative partner work, and consent-based touch. Each class focuses on a different embodiment skill—such as attention, safety, movement, touch, or receiving—offering practical tools for cultivating greater presence, authenticity, and connection in everyday life.
Individual Poses followed by 10-15 MIN Partner work (YOU wILL be MATCHED IN CLASS).
Whether you're joining us for the full series or attending a single class, every session is a complete experience. Together, we'll move, breathe, connect, and restore—leaving with a deeper relationship to our bodies and a greater capacity for ease, resilience, and authentic connection both on and off the mat.
